José Roca Barrachina
José is the founding partner of Kaizen Consulting, a specialist in obtaining financing in its different forms with traditional banking as well as alternative banking and debt funds.
He has accumulated 19 years of experience in corporate banking in managerial positions at both Banesto and Banco Santander. In the last 11 years at Banesto, he was Commercial Manager of the Eastern Territory and Manager of the Valencia Business Area.
He holds a degree in Business Administration and Management, a Diploma in Commercial Management and Marketing, and has completed the Management Development Programme and Leadership and Coaching Programme at Instituto de Empresa.
Máximo Fernández Espejo
Professional with more than 32 years of experience in leadership positions in the financial sector. Used to working in complex environments, Máximo is specialised in leading the change needed to develop and maximise all types of funding opportunities.
He holds a Master’s degree in Financial Analysis and has attended management development and leadership programs at Instituto de Empresa.
He worked at Bankinter as a Commercial Director of Companies. He held various leadership positions at Banesto, including being the director of the SMEs Department. He was also the Director of Corporate Business at Banco de Vitoria.
Celestino Gonzalez Moreno
He was Deputy Managing Director of Companies at Banesto and Head of Global Trade and Liquid Assets at BBVA, among many other positions in his long career in banking.
He holds a degree in Psychology and Law, a Master’s in Finance from Complutense University and an MBA from IESE.
In recent years, he has actively collaborated in the development of the SME financing platform Grow.ly, and as an independent consultant and Senior Advisor, advising and sourcing financing for companies.
Álvaro Benítez Cábedo
Partner in charge of Consultancy.
Álvaro is a consultant to more than 200 entities and businesses in different areas and sectors and has more than 25 years of experience on boards of directors.
He holds a degree in Economics and Business Studies and specialised in Economic and Financial Management and Tax Consultancy. He also holds two Master’s degrees in Financial Management and Tax Consultancy from GIEM business school. He has completed a leadership and coaching program. He is a permanent member of the teaching staff of Lluís Vives Business School, a training center of the Valencia Chamber of Commerce.
In this work, he focuses on providing value in the economic-financial field, through quick and effective solutions in a changing, fast-paced, and hostile environment.
Inés del Villar Ferrer
Senior Corporate Advisor at Kaizen Consulting and associate partner focused on new client acquisition and operations, consultancy, business strategy, corporate operations, and search for financing, both with traditional banking as well as alternative banking and debt funds.
Inés holds a degree in Private Law, a Master’s in Business Management from San Pablo CEU, and completed the Executive Programme at Instituto de Empresa.
With more than 20 years of experience in Corporate Banking, she has worked as Head of the Commercial Delegation of Valencia and Murcia at Aresbank, Director of Corporate Business at Catalunya Banc, and Corporate Manager at Banesto.
José María Rodríguez-Trenchs Landa
Senior Financial Advisor with more than 30 years of experience in Corporate Banking, mostly at Grupo Banco Santander. He started as a Business Manager and worked in different positions in the Commercial Network (Office Director, Area Director and Regional Commercial Director).
He has held various management positions at a national level, including Business Director in the Large Companies Unit of Banco Santander, Management Control Director and Commercial Director of Companies at Banesto and Director of Corporate Banking Accounts at Grupo BBVA.
José holds a degree in Economics and Business Studies and an MBA from Instituto de Empresas. He has completed the Leadership Programme at IESE, the ACTP Executive Coach programme at the European School of Coaching and is a Be-Up Mentor.
He is a specialist in financing for companies, the design and implementation of commercial networks and managing multidisciplinary teams.
Carlos García Casas
Carlos was President of the Spanish Factoring Association for many years. At Santander, he was Director of Diners, Director of Factoring and Confirming, Director of Remote Transactional Banking, Director of Payment Systems for Companies and a member of the Internal Audit team. At Banesto, he was Director of Factoring and Head of the Leasing and Renting Unit.
He holds a degree in Law, Economics and Business Studies from ICADE. He completed a Course in Economic and Financial Management (ICADE). Management and Leadership Programme (IESE).
After 30 years of experience in management positions, he currently collaborates with different entities in the implementation of solutions related to commercial financing.
Francisco Bendicho Letelier
Francisco is a Corporate Advisor at Kaizen Consulting, specialising in the financial and strategic analysis of companies. Backed by his knowledge of different financial alternatives, he advises and guides companies in their search for financing, with both traditional and alternative banking.
He holds a degree in Agricultural Engineering, majoring in Business Administration and Economics at the renowned Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, in addition to completing an Official Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) at the Universitat de Valencia.
He has international experience in Corporate Banking thanks to his work in different areas at Banco BICE, where he worked both in the risk and commercial departments, performing tasks such as financing approval, financial planning, risk operations defense, market analysis, etc
Iñaki Soria Rubio
Iñaki Soria Rubio is a services consultant with 15 years of experience in corporate banking, having worked in business management, SME capture and consultancy, and foreign trade, among other things.
He spend a significant portion of his career at Grupo Banco Popular and BSCH, where he worked in different areas of commercial banking, and his main role managing the Corporate Banking unit.
Inma Baixauli Ruiz
Inma Baixauli has more than 15 years of experience in purchase and sale transaction consultancy, search for financial partners, company valuation, and due diligence.
She has developed her professional career in different consulting firms and M&A companies, as well as in the financial sector. She worked at Banesto as a Business Manager.
She holds a degree in Economics and Business Studies. MBA from the Instituto de Empresa.
Ivanhoe Tosar López
Senior Corporate Advisor at Kaizen Consulting, with more than 23 years of experience in the financial sector, specialising in Corporate Banking, leading several offices in Madrid.
A graduate in Economics and Insurance Actuary, he has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and has attended Management Development Programmes.
He has worked at Banco Popular as Branch Director and at Targobank, as Corporate Market Manager and as head of the Real Estate business in Spain.
Carlos Pérez Escrich
Senior Corporate Advisor at Kaizen Consulting. Manager with 18 years of experience in the banking sector mainly in consultancy and preparing asset operations.
With a degree in Business Studies and a Master’s in Stock Market and Finance from the FEBF, he has spent a large part of his career at Caja de Abogados, Cajastur, and Liberbank in different leadership positions.
Noelia Moreno Arroyo
Junior Corporate Advisor at Kaizen Consulting. She holds a degree in Economics from the University of Valencia and specialises in finance. She has completed the Official Master’s Degree in Corporate Finance from the University of Valencia.
She has worked in banks, accumulating experience in finance. Her job is to maximise financing options for clients, both with traditional and alternative banking.
Rafael Fernández Velo
Senior Corporate Advisor at Kaizen Consulting, he has 14 years of experience as a business advisor and financial advisor, intermediating in all types of financing operations for companies from all sectors.
Graduated in Business Sciences from the University of A Coruña, he has played various roles within the field of financial intermediation for companies, working with multiple financial operators: traditional banking entities, debt funds, financial institutions specialized in asset finance, factoring, confirming, fintechs. , etc.
Héctor Sánchez Carvajal
Junior Corporate advisor at Kaizen Consulting. Graduated in Administration, Business Management and Marketing from the CEU Cardenal Herrera University. With experience in International “COIL” Projects, as well as courses in the Stock Market and “Bloomberg Platform”.
He has worked at Deutsche Bank as a financial advisor in the corporate banking area.
