Máximo Fernández has joined the Kaizen Consulting team as Managing Director to lead the company’s growth strategy. Máximo Fernández is a recognised expert in the banking sector, with extensive experience in positions of responsibility at Banesto, Banco de Vitoria, Santander and Bankinter, where he has held positions at regional and national level. The managing partner of Kaizen Consulting, José Roca, explains that “his incorporation responds to the desire to continue growing at a national level. Companies are in need of liquidity and are suffering from the increasing difficulties in obtaining credit. In the vast majority of cases they do not obtain all the financing they need, and our mission is to advise them so they can maximise their financing options by accessing all the options and formulas available on the market, both in Spain and abroad. We accompany and guide companies until their financial needs are covered”.
Kaizen Consulting already has a portfolio of over one hundred clients, which it hopes to expand in this next phase. As the new managing director Máximo Fernández explains: “There is a need for specialised advice in the area of financing because the search for liquidity has become one of the main sticking points for companies. Financial uncertainty, increasing prices and difficulty to access credit are a reality that affects the liquidity of companies. Fortunately, financing options have multiplied, but it takes specialised knowledge to access them. This is our work, and we believe it will become increasingly essential.”
New office in Madrid
As part of this expansion strategy, Kaizen Consulting is now opening an office in Madrid, which will allow it to serve clients based in the Spanish capital more closely and to open new opportunities for growth. The Madrid team includes Celestino Gonzalez, who was Deputy General Manager of Companies at Banesto and Head of International Trade at BBVA. Kaizen Consulting’s new office is located in the Torre Valencia building in Madrid’s Calle de O’Donnell.
Kaizen Consulting currently has a team of twelve professionals and has established itself as one of the leading specialist consultancies in Spain in its sector. Founded by José Roca in Valencia just four years ago, Kaizen Consulting raised a total of 120 million euros in financing for its clients by 2022, recording a turnover of 1,374 million euros. This figure represents a growth of more than 100% compared to the previous year.
