Kaizen Consulting, now in its third year of operation, has just strengthened its team of professionals with an ambitious expansion, reflecting the growth experienced by our firm and the rising demand for financing advisory services.
Founded and led by José Roca Barrachina, the firm has added new senior professionals with extensive experience in the banking and financial sectors. “With this commitment to attracting talent and expanding our team, we are solidifying our growth and future prospects, after securing over 100 million euros in financing for our clients in our first two years,” explains José Roca.
According to the managing partner of Kaizen Consulting, “we are experiencing a challenging time for SMEs, which face many difficulties accessing liquidity and need specialized advice and new solutions to overcome the crisis resulting from the pandemic and the current economic instability.” Therefore, strengthening the team is key to providing the best response to clients’ needs. Here are the new members of Kaizen Consulting:
Sandra Sancho has over 20 years of experience in the financial sector and has held various roles in corporate advisory. Much of her professional development was at Afin SGR, and she specializes in addressing any financing needs of companies within the business fabric. She holds a degree in Business Administration (ADE).
Iñaki Soria Rubio is a services consultant with 15 years of experience in corporate banking, having performed roles such as company manager, client acquisition, SME advisory, and foreign trade, among others. Much of his career was with the Santander group, working in various commercial banking areas, with a primary focus on managing Corporate Banking offices.
Inma Baixauli has extensive experience of over 15 years in advising on mergers and acquisitions, seeking financial partners, company valuation, and due diligence. She has developed her career in various consulting firms and M&A boutiques, as well as in the financial sector. She also worked at Banesto as a Corporate Manager. She holds a degree in Economics and Business Studies, specializing in Financial Management and Tax Advisory, and an MBA from the Instituto de Empresa.
Francisco Bendicho specializes in financial and strategic analysis of companies, particularly in the agrifood sector. He has experience advising and supporting companies in seeking financing, both from traditional and alternative banks. He has international experience in Corporate Banking from his time at Banco BICE, where he worked in both risk and commercial areas.
